1. Acceptance

By using ChemYukti you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Learning method

ChemYukti is powered by CHEM (Cybernetics & Human Engineering Methods). The platform supports your learning; it does not guarantee any exam result, rank, or admission. CHEA modules are mandatory for certain programmes but outcomes are not guaranteed.

3. Payments & refunds

Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change. Digital products and one-time programme fees are generally non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law.

4. User content & uploads

When you upload content (forum posts, stories, innovations, files) you confirm you have the right to share it and grant ChemYukti a licence to host and display it. Uploaded products are reviewed and may be rejected by an administrator. A platform fee may apply to paid listings.

5. Fair use

Free trials are limited per device. Attempting to bypass trial limits, monitoring, or access controls may result in suspension.
